Thank you for your purchase. Rwandafoam warmly welcomes you into the Rwandafoam Family. We hope you are happy with your Brand New purchase of our product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for reasons that are going to be explained further below, you may return it to us for [an exchange only]. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
- All returns must be made not later than 3 days after the date of purchase.
- In those 3 days, we advise you to test the mattress with the protective plastic cover.
- Once the product is returned without the protective plastic cover on, they will be charged 15,000 Rwf for a Double mattress and 5,000 Rwf for a Single mattress.
- All returns should be accompanied by the receipt that was provided with the purchase.
REASONS THAT WARRANT A RETURN OF A PRODUCT
The buyer/client has a warranted return when the product does not meet their sleeping need. That’s in case the client purchased a mattress with a lower density than the density that is suited for them.
The buyer/client has a warranted return when the product put their back at risk. This is in cases of clients who have been diagnosed with serious back pain conditions and the product they have bought, does not help them sleep better or the product does not fit what the doctor prescribed for them.
The buyer/client has a warranted return when the product they purchase does not fit well in their bed frame. This is in cases where the client was not sure of the measurements of their bed and maybe purchase a product that is either too big or too small for their bed.
To return an item or a purchase, kindly get in touch with the distributor you bought the product from.
State your intentions to return the product for exchange and your reason(s) for returning the product.
The official distributor will give you a date to return the purchase/product to them and then you will be offered an exchange that is desirable.
CONDITIONS FOR AN EXCHANGE
- The exchange offered should be in the same price range as the initial product being returned.
- For exchanges of a higher price, the client will be responsible for the extra charges required for them to purchase the new product. This will be a top-up exchange.
- For exchanges for a cheaper product, the remaining balance from the initial payment will not be refunded to the client and will thus be considered as a service fee.
[Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We currently do not offer refunds for any of our products purchased from us or any of our legal distributors.
- All products returned after the given test period of 4 (four) days will not be accepted under this return policy.
- Products that are not accompanied by a valid receipt will not be accepted by the distributor/seller.
