Return Policy

All returns must be made no later than 3 days after the date of purchase.

During the test period, RwandaFoam advises customers to keep the mattress in its protective plastic cover.

All returns should be accompanied by the original receipt provided at purchase.

If a product is returned without its protective plastic cover, a handling charge may apply.

Once the product is returned without the protective plastic cover on, they will be charged 15,000 Rwf for a Double mattress and 5,000 Rwf for a Single mattress.

A customer may request a return when the mattress does not meet their sleeping need, including when a lower density was purchased than the density suited to them.

A customer may request a return when the product puts their back at risk, especially where a diagnosed back pain condition means the product does not help them sleep better or does not fit what a doctor prescribed.

A customer may request a return when the product does not fit the bed frame because the original bed measurements were uncertain or incorrect.

To return an item or purchase, contact the distributor you bought the product from.

State your intention to return the product for exchange and explain your reason for returning it.

The official distributor will provide a date to return the product, then offer a suitable exchange.

The exchange offered should be in the same price range as the initial product being returned.

For exchanges to a higher-priced product, the customer is responsible for the additional top-up cost.

For exchanges to a lower-priced product, the remaining balance from the initial payment is not refunded and is considered a service fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless RwandaFoam or the distributor confirms otherwise.

RwandaFoam's return policy states that refunds are not currently offered for products purchased from RwandaFoam or its legal distributors.

Products returned after the stated test period will not be accepted under the return policy.

Products not accompanied by a valid receipt will not be accepted by the distributor or seller.
